one body at a time…
we begin with listening.
biodynamic craniosacral therapy offers a field of stillness in which the nervous system can soften, settle, and reorganize. thai yoga massage brings complementary movement to this stillness. these modalities are offered in dialogue because healing requires both activation and integration. this care is attentive, paced, and relational. it meets what is present — and allows change to express itself in its own time.
i support people who sense that something in their system isn’t working the way it used to — persistent pain, chronic tension, disrupted sleep, or a growing difficulty meeting the emotional and relational complexity of their lives. often, they’ve already tried to “push through” or think their way forward. they’ve tried alternative approaches, but nothing seems to create lasting change.
often what they’re needing is a different kind of listening.
through precise, attuned touch, i engage with the subtle rhythms that support your body’s innate capacity to regulate, reorganize, and repair. over time, this process often leads to decreased pain, deeper rest, improved posture, and a greater ability to stay present and responsive in the face of stress.
this work can be quietly confrontational. not in force, but in transparency. together, we begin to notice what your system has learned to avoid, suppress, or hold in place — and we build the capacity to meet those places with more resource, more choice, and more integrity. people don’t just feel better — they relate differently. to their bodies, to others, and to the direction of their lives.
